The Role
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and production of creative assets for digital and print media.

* Previous experience in an IT Account Manager, IT Project Coordinator, Service Delivery, Customer Success, IT Consultancy, or Technical Account Management role.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of IT and digital service client accounts.
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact for IT consultancy, cyber security, cloud, software, web development, and digital transformation services.
* Understand client business objectives and translate requirements into clear internal actions and delivery plans.
* Coordinate internal technical, cyber security, cloud, software, design, and project delivery teams.
* Monitor project progress and ensure agreed deliverables are completed within expected timescales.
* Prepare client proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), service documentation, delivery reports, cost estimates, and account plans.
